Complaints channel

PropHero provides a specific communication channel that serves as a tool for making inquiries, raising questions, and/or filing complaints related to the application of our Code of Business Ethics and reporting any possible irregularities, breaches, or behavior contrary to ethics, legality, criminal offenses, and the rules governing this group.

All communications made through this channel will be confidential and may be anonymous, as the security software used guarantees anonymity. The sender will be protected against any attempt at retaliation. In addition, any documentation deemed appropriate may be attached to the communications. If the sender wishes to identify themselves, an optional section has been enabled in the Communications Channel where they can enter their details.
