PropHero is responsible for carrying out the entire construction, renovation, and permitting process. Once the housing units are completed and subdivided, PropHero is responsible for selling the resulting units to investors in its portfolio, generating from 15 to 20% return for the allocator in this initial phase.

If the Value Partner decides to leverage, ROCE could reach 30-35%, optimizing returns.
