When do I start paying for Rental Management plan?
The subscription for the Rental Management plan begins once the tenant has moved into the property. If you sign up for the plan before finding tenants, you won’t be charged until the rental contract is signed.
Who is responsible for finding tenants?
The process of preparing, marketing, and finding tenants is an independent service offered by our local partner in charge of rental management, with an additional cost equivalent to one month’s rent plus VAT.
Can I switch from one plan to another after subscribing?
Yes, it is possible to switch between the Basic Plan and the Premium Plan. However, the plan change will take effect starting the month after the request is submitted. If you switch from the Premium Plan to the Basic Plan, you must first complete the initial one-year guaranteed rent commitment period.
Does the subscription plan have a minimum term?
Both subscription plans have a one-year term, as the guaranteed rent contract is annual. In the event of early termination, the client is still required to pay the full amount for any pending months until the end date. Cancellations must be notified with a minimum of two months’ notice.
Who manages the relationship with tenants?
The Property Manager, local partner of PropHero, manages the day-to-day relationship with tenants, including handling incidents, repairs, and any other issues that may arise.
Are property owners involved in tenant selection?
Property owners give the final approval for a tenant once the Property Manager chooses the best candidate through the solvency verification process.
